Both. Clinicians capture the visit on mobile or desktop, and the finished note goes straight into the patient's athenaOne chart in one click. HPI, physical exam, assessment & plan, and social history update automatically.

What happens to patient audio and data?

No audio is stored by default, and PHI is never used to train foundation models. Data retention policies can be customized to meet your governance requirements.

Does it work for my specialty?

Nabla supports many specialties and all care settings, from primary care to behavioral health, in multiple languages, including bilingual visits.

Can clinicians customize their notes?
